  I got this Lego set with bag #1 missing and bag #3 was opened with several missing pieces. The item was described only as used but didn’t specify the missing items. I started a return asking for full refund but the seller was very attentive and processed the full refund immediately, so I had to leave a positive review for their quick response and willing to amend for the incomplete item description. Great customer service.

  The item never arrived because USPS lost the package. The seller immediately responded and refunded the money without question. Thank you so much for your genuine dealings. I 100% recommend the seller for their honesty and great customer service. I will do more business with this seller.

  Very well packed. Listing said used, but it looks barley used if at all. That is not a complaint, just a statement of fact. Great seller. No long holds like so many sellers do. Was shipped out very quick. 5 ☆'s all the way!

  The item arrived packaged very well. And it was a brand-new unopened product. Shipping was relatively fast also. It is also a great value for what you get in the box. However, the product did not work for me. It felt like it did not fit properly in my ears and it made me super dizzy. The seller is very professional, and even though I am returning it, I am sure this product will work for many other potential buyers. Thank you.

  the item arrived in what sure seemed like an unopened box. but despite troubleshooting (through the manual and web searches and the manufacturer)... the steam inhaler didn't function. the seller refunded with no issues at all. there was no way for them to know there was a problem, but they stood behind the sale. that's appreciated.
