    Loved the item, however needs extra packaging around the exterminator arms as one of these arrived broken despite the packaging - for a glass item that wasn't inexpensive I'd have expected better packing around the more fragile bits. That said, the item is beautiful, and the recipient was able to superglue the arm back on relatively safely. Looks great on the tree, so thank you. We did register the broken arrival state with the seller, awaiting a response. :)
