  Packaging was very good to keep pins from scratching in transit. The shipping took awhile for 20$ but I’m not complaining that much as it’s from china and I’m in the US. The images match the pins and seem very authentic. The seller was responsive and very polite. I am happy with my purchase.

  Seller was very communicative to me throughout the shipping process and fixing our minor problem. I was sent one Labubu Halloween and the other one wasn't sent. Seller sent me my other one later. I have both in my hands. Both my Labubus were perfectly described and authentic. Great seller to buy from.

  Perfect condition, quick delivery. The box had been opened but the figures were still in their plastic bags. If there's any downside it's the sharpie on the boxes marking which figure is inside. I understand it's probably to help with inventory management and to ensure they ship the right figure but I would prefer it weren't there. It's a very small issue though, I'm just grateful to get the characters I wanted for a very reasonable price!
