    Everything about this purchase was excellent. The product, my new favorite coffee mug, was exactly as described, and the order was filled the next day. It was well packaged and survived a trip through the USPS without any damage. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this store again.

    The item was packed extremely well for transit, it was promptly shipped, there was excellent communication during the process (they didn't rely solely on the eBay automated notifications, as many sellers do), was very pleasant & an absolute pleasure to do business with.
