  Il venditore è molto disponibile e, anche se il tempo per spedire è stato un po' lungo, risponde ai messaggi molto rapidamente. L'oggetto è arrivato in condizioni perfette conformi alla descrizione e con un packaging ottimo. Anche la spedizione è stata da record, visto che ci ha messo solo due giorni ad arrivare dal Giappone in Italia e complessivamente è arrivato un giorno prima della data prestabilita. Consiglio vivamente questo venditore.

  The seller was very communicative with me from the very start, and was respectful in answering my questions. They shipped my order quickly, and it arrived to me in just a couple of days - I was pleasantly surprised with how fast it was! The cards were packed very well, protected by many layers of packaging.   The article is as described in the post made by the vendor. The package arrived surprisingly early and was tightly and neatly sealed! No complaints at all! Also no shipping costs. The seller was very communicative and kind. A great vendor, I can definitely recommend.

  I had ordered two playmats from this vendor. While the original order was lost in the delivery system they offered me great customer service and set up a reshipment of the items I ordered. Upon arrival of the re shipment, the items were packaged well and in great condition. I would shop from convenience japan again simply from the excellent customer service and great pricing on their ycs japan mats

  Totalmente recomendado! Es la segunda vez que compro y una vez más he quedado muy contento. Las cartas en muy buen estado. El empaquetado perfecto, muy seguro, y el envío muy rápido. También destacar la comunicación con el vendedor que es muy buena y las dos veces ha tenido algún detalle conmigo. Volveré a comprar seguro!

  Highly recommended, I’ve never received an item (from Japan to Italy) so quickly. The item was in perfect condition, thanks to the impeccable packaging. I couldn’t communicate with the seller due to an issue with my messaging inbox, but once the shipment was sent, the seller made himself available for any potential issues. A guarantee! I will definitely buy again.
