    Very good experience. Item arrived safely and was packed with care. It was exactly as described and pictured. I do, however, wosh it had included its box. I am pleased overall and feel the price I paid was satisfactory. The lack of box to hold it is my only less than positive thought.

In regards to the box, we did mention that only the ornament was included in the listing (see the condition notes) and that the listing did not include a box or other materials (see the item description).
