    Overall a good seller, solid 8/10 i.m.o. Item was more than fair in price, exactly matched what appeared in photos/description, and was brand new factory sealed. Only negative aspect experienced was a "canned" reply to my pre-purchase question telling me they would get back ASAP, then a 48+ hour reply time. Still giving positive feedback because that could've been due to business hours. I asked on a Saturday morning and didn't hear back until Monday at the end of the business day.

    Yeti rambler mug was exactly as described, shipping was fast and it was at a great price. The mug was packaged better than most of the item I've purchased on line - thanks for taking the time to do it right! it was a good hassle free purchase and would definitely buy from this seller again.

    The PSU I received did not work, It was the correct model but when I contacted the seller they said they were out of them and that I needed to return the item for a refund rather than exchange, The process took a while because of mail delays and a weird automated message service that this seller has, but I did get my refund eventually. Communication is automated sometimes with these people so you have to be patient.
