All the RAM worked and was packaged well for travel. It went directly into the server the day it arrived with no issues. It did take several days for the item to ship after purchase, but urgency wasn't needed for this item. Just be cautious that there may be a shipping delay from this seller. It might be because they're swamped with orders—who knows? But either way, the product arrived within an acceptable amount of time.

Didn't ship it in a box, literally wrapped in bubble wrap and some non-critical parts came damaged (cost me another $70 to replace them) but that said so far the device is working.
