  I’m very happy with my refurbished MacBook purchase! The device arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and is in excellent condition. Unfortunately, it was damaged during shipping, but the seller’s customer service was outstanding. They promptly offered either a free return for a full refund or a partial refund, which I felt was very fair. Their quick responses and willingness to help made the experience great overall. I highly recommend them!

  Seller was quick to respond with answers to my questions, shipped the item out the following day via UPS, item arrived within 2 business days after shipping. Packaging was professional, everything was protected with plenty of foam and air packs. I installed Linux straight away and the computer is working well so far. Excellent price as well! If you are considering something from this shop just go ahead and make the purchase, you won't be disappointed!

  Final rating 5/5. Excellent communication and shipping. Excellent packaging. Everything very clear. The laptop matches the description, the keyboard is quite used and I may have to replace a key in the future. But the price was excellent so I still have a little budget to make some adjustments. Excellent store, for whoever reads this comment, I recommend it. Excellent seller.

  Laptop was advertised as "Good" condition. I will even say it came in "better than that" condition - the laptop looked almost brand new except a few very minor blemishes. Other then that, the laptop had the specs advertised. I do wish that the seller would communicate a little better - they didn't answer my questions before I purchased the item in a timely manner. But in the end they did answer my questions in a satisfactory way

  Looked into the company before buying made sure they were legit and overall they were a well responding company and seller and replied back and less than a day. MacBook came well packaged and and when opened it was like new.
