  Very good experience with seller. Lap top came there was a small crack but happened in shipping. When I reached out the seller was very responsive and ready to help. Would buy from again. Great value, and very fast to ship!

  The item was packaged very well. Shipping was extremely fast very responsive. The caddy came as described and worked very well with my laptop which was the question of who would work with the 3100 it does.
