  This seller is phenomenal. Item came promptly and well-packaged but it was, unfortunately, the incorrect color. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out the correct item and allowed me to keep the initial item since it was their error. They made the resolution process SO easy.

  I would not hesitate to deal with this seller again. Great communication. The fully functional unit came with a missing bespoke screw. Within minutes the seller had replied, found the screw. Within an hour, seller had issued a tracking number for the missing screw. Three days later I received said screw. Spectacular. Nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes. It is how you deal with mistakes determines the true mettle of an individual. This seller excelled. Well done.
