  Ordered 8/2/25, from Competitive Technology (Shenzhen Yuda Tongtu Investment Co Ltd.) CHINA. I inquired about 10 days later as to location of order (since I had not heard from them). I received a threatening response not to question them or they would cancel my order & refund my money which apparently they had already accessed. I tried again through there tracking number provided which said order was in Little Rock, Arkansas then other stating order was in Rockaway Beach, Missouri. OK, now what?

  Took a little while to wait for communication, however it was during the holidays so completely understandable. When they did message me back they were nice and communicative. The computer arrived on time, greatly packed, and completely plug and play as stated. I just followed the instructions in the box and it worked great. Amazing computer, thank you so much!

  The company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I ordered a computer with a DVD/RW unit and I received a totally different computer than I ordered and the DVD/RW writer did not work. I relayed this to them and they said that the DVD/RW unit was installed and the computer I did get was some kind of upgrade I didn't order. So I had to initiate a return through ebay even though the seller told me they wouldn't refund my money. Stay away from these guys.

  Excellent deal and great machine! Packaged very well with accessories included that I was not expecting! I recommend this company for all your PC purchases! I had a few questions before I purchased it, and they responded promptly and professionally. Best deal anywhere that you will find and it is a beautiful machine!

  Great product at a good price. Good communication. I initially ordered an incompatible upgraded SSD and they helped me order the right one and then canceled and promptly refunded the incorrect order. Shipping was fast and computer was packed in a very secure and protected manner. Thank you!
