  Awesome value for the laptop (T480)! The item came as described from the pictures they posted. Everything was packed nicely and came earlier than expected! Overall, I’m very how everything and look forward to refurbishing this laptop as a new recent college grad. :)

  Price was good and to be honest I had assumed it would look a bit more worn than the pictures showed. I was surprised when it arrived in a Lenovo laptop box, well-packed and was in even better shape than I had expected. Aside from some wear on the touchpad, the laptop could have been mistaken for new. And both batteries were charged up to about 80% upon arrival. Pleasant experience all the way around.
