  Listing gave RMail as carrier. We have major issues with EVRI in our area, prior to buying I specifically asked seller to confirm Rmail would be used - definitely NOT EVRI. As requested I reminded when I bought but it was sent by EVRI. The seller claims Ebay won't allow the RMail option. EVRI lived up to their bad record . I suggest if Ebay will not allow a specifically requested carrier they should give the buyer chance to cancel. The issues with EVRI caused havoc - shame, the pillow is great.
