  A++++++ Seller The finial was damage due to the manufacturer, and this seller sent out a new frame for my lanterns immediately! I received the new frame today with the finial, and it was in perfect condition!! The package was wrapped super well! Love this piece for my porch. I put citronella pillar candles in the hanging lanterns! Perfect!! Thank You So Much for caring about your customers! I will definitely shop with this seller again! :-)

  Packing was horrible. I ordered 2 wagon wheels, and they were packed together with a thin piece of foam padding. One of the wheels had two cracked spokes. I offered to fix the cracks myself for a discount or ship the wheel back. The seller wanted me to jump through hoops to get anything done. won't buy again from them.
