  Nothing but good things to say about this seller. The item arrived quickly but was damaged during shipping even though it was packed well with "fragile" written on the box. I contacted the seller. She was very apologetic and immediately gave me a substantial refund while also allowing me to keep the item, which I'm hoping I can repair. I would definitely do business with her again.

  Spode Christmas Tree 8" plates (8 total) arrived today and they are perfect and beautiful!!! Great price, SO WELL packaged in lots of cardboard, bubble wrap, paper, etc., and very fast shipping!!!!
