  Likely due to the mail strike and a large backlog, I never received the item. I tried to open a claim but I had already waited too long. eBay reached out to the seller on my behalf, the seller responded almost immediately and offered a refund. I told the seller it wasn't necessary since eBay insurance would not cover the claim. Seller initiated the refund anyway and communicated consistently through the entire transaction. Would 100% buy from again.
