  The item arrived in one piece and the condition was as listed. The quality of the listing was great, description was spot on. This addition will be of great value to my toolset. However 7 days after purchase I had to remind the seller to ship it and it still took them about 3 more days to do so and there was no communication on their end. As for packaging it could have been better - it was a little scary to open.

  Laptop arrived a bit late, but still within the expected window. It had an upgraded drive not listed in the description so plus on that one. Contacted seller to confirm some punchlist items with the unit. They were very responsive, polite and great to work with. Thanks!

  Item was very securely packed and quickly shipped. Seller communicated well, answering questions and sharing his opinion. Pricing was market realistic. Surely would buy with confidence again.
