    Wrong item was received, company tried to play as if they don't understand English after I contacted them, they refused to give me my refund, they gave a January invoice for April which a receipt couldn't be given for shipping and they request a receipt knowing one would not be given based on an its a January Label...they are scams and pretend to not understand English when you contact them for the error.. Don't attempt to buy from these people..Very BAD SELLERS.

    Research shows item is as described and fit problem is because of Apple and selling merchants not the cover. Good delivery time..item as described and well packaged for safe delivery. This cover provides adequate protection while the iPad is not in use and will serve until I can figure out just what cover is needed. Thank you for your patience in helping me on this purchase. You are all good on this sale.

    Communication is POOR. Sent 2 messages 2 different times prior to buying, never got a response. I needed a case so I bought it. Messaged seller a 3rd time after a few days of a trading number being generated but no info updated, and they did finally respond to that. Overall a decent seller, but definitely needs to work on getting back to potential buyers/buyers. Case is new, and works as it should.
