We have automated our eBay feedback. Once you have received your order, assuming that you leave positive feedback, the system will automatically leave positive feedback for the buyer of the order.

We use the eBay combined shipping model. This should combine the weight of items in a single transaction and calculate (and charge) a reduced shipping cost (opposed to summing the item individual shipping costs). This does not always work and sometimes buyers place multiple sequential orders. In either case, we review the shipping charge for every order shipped. Assuming that the items can be combined into a single shipping box, we refund the excess payment if there is any above what eBay charges us for postage to ship your package.

All orders are shipped in new shipping boxes with adequate void fill material (or manufacture's packaging for large items).

    This item is perfect & exactly as described in the listing. I truly believe I got the value for what I paid for this item that I've wanted for over 6 weeks. I did feel as if the shipping rate was a tad bit high, but I was more than willing to pay it to get this item! It was packaged with such care and safety & I truly appreciated that!     SELLER IS PERFECT. Item arrived on time and well packaged to protect it from potential damage. Seller's pictures and description were on point and provided ample opportunity for me to ensure that quality prior to purchase. Despite being priced lower than many others just like it, the item is clearly comparable to those priced higher. Highly recommend this seller to all!

    Fantastic seller. Shipping was very fast, beating the earliest estimate by a day. Packed very well with lots of peanuts. Item was as described and in excellent condition. The value was also great especially with the percentage off. I would highly recommend this seller to anyone who is into department 56 or similar collectibles.
