  Shipping, packaging and value was good, but this item was described as new, and it wasn’t. It was damaged and I unfortunately needed to return it. The seller understood and returned my money.

  Item was supposed to arrive by Thu, Aug 14th; however , it didn’t arrive until Sat, Aug 16th and missed the event for which it was ordered. Not well packaged for shipping. The shipping received minor damaged in transit, which is ordinarily fine; however, it appears the doll’s box also suffered minor damage and a bend in addition to what can be seen in photos posted by seller. Seller followed up and apologized for the delay. I would consider buying from this seller in the future,

  I just received an ADORABLE Boyd’s Bear from this lovely seller!🧸 The darling bear arrived exactly as described (actually, it’s even MORE precious than the listing pictures!), was packaged with incredible care and thoughtfulness by the seller, and shipped very quickly! I can’t wait to gift this sweet Boyd’s collectible to my niece! I HIGHLY recommend this seller… You won’t be disappointed!! 🙌
