  Seller mailed promptly and packaged well. This seller's price was lower than the other sellers on Ebay. The unit worked great as described but was out of date and didn't have a valid product key.. I was able to download the current version and obtain a valid product key online at a discount. The seller was very responsive and patient as I got the unit functioning. The seller offered a partial refund to help offset the product key cost. No bloatware came in this system. so far working great.

  they arived in good time packing was good value good🤑 and they were definitely used as described.🙃 I had to clean them before use due to ear debris...🫣 all in all a good deal🤭
