  Beautiful doll great packing. Value was ok doll is definitely opened not brand new as stated the sticker ruined it for me I hate the way the box looks but overall a great responsive seller and I would purchase with them in the future if they leave the stickers off the packaging. I am a collector and this ruined the item for me. But doll is 100% perfect and genuine. I did submit for a return due to the box having so many flaws. The island print all over the box is ugly and ruins it.

  It took a while to arrive, but the package was well maintained. Everything was well packaged everything I asked for was in there. The quality is great. Everything was unopened and original. The seller was great very good communication. The value is worth it. The seller made me a deal, which was nice.

  The quality, condition and appearance were spot on as the Crybaby Shiny Shiny series plush were magnificent in person. The authenticity checked out ( I was scared for a minute) that made me happy. The box however arrived in bad shape but inside good. It’s not Sellers fault but it is coming from overseas. They shipped right away, but process is long, still faster than I thought it would. Shipper was in constant communications so I appreciate the customer service. Will buy again,Thank you!

  Amazing experience w/ this seller! My Nyota arrived over a week earlier than expected, and unopened in the box in perfect condition. Amazing quality shipping care. I paid slightly less than what I would have on the actual Popmart website and was able to make sure I got the one I wanted for great value.
