  The item came in perfect condition! It was shipped quickly after ordering and arrived within a week after. After delivery issues (not the seller’s fault) with the first package, I reached out to the seller for help and they have had 10/10 customer service. They were great at communicating and helping resolve the problem. They respond very quickly and they’re very kind. I highly recommend this seller! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. :)

  The condition of the plush is new as described and the quality seems well-made. Although the details of the item is a bit different from the pictures, it is still cute. For the price I paid, it’s very reasonable. Seller also included some chiikawa freebies with my order and a hat for the plush. Shipping was fast and packed with care, thank you very much!
