  Seller advertised this as a FULL 30lb tank. Upon delivery it wasn’t full. Seller claims his product weights less than half of normal weights. Sellers picture of product Has very important info whited out. Seller is hard deal with and takes no responsibility for his deception in advertising. I have seller opportunity to send proper haz mat paperwork and shipping label to return it for a full refund. Seller even told me in a message to either accept a partial refund of 190.00 or he would block me
