  The difference between a seller, and an exceptional seller is how the handle their mistakes. Sent wrong laptop, but immediately responded with a more than fair solution. After several emails in which the seller replied immediately every time, I ended up keeping the wrong laptop for me, and ordered my Wife the one she wanted. Excellent condition laptop, great prices on both. Saved as a favorite seller.
