    Good quality material, a good price and super fast delivery, received it the next day! It just slides on like an envelope, no zips, no buttons and washes well. I'm so pleased with this, I'm going to order another as a spare. Excellent service - thank you.

    So, I was sent the wrong products. This resulted in losing a mattress soiled due to an elderly guest, exactly what i wanted to avoid. Bad start. This seller then ignored ALL my messages. Even ones when I wanted to get the CORRECT product from them again and they'd keep the money! In the end I instigated the return myself and got a refund. Absolutely abysmal. So upset. Never been ignored by a seller before so many times! I must have sent them 8 messages. Disappointed and annoyed.
