    Prompt contact, shipping and messaging. Excellent packaging. Item condition was slightly variant from description, and CNE Direct immediately solved the issue. The computer was clean-wiped, and came with SSD and RAM in good condition, passed all bench-marking. Excellent value for the money. I would buy from this seller again.

    UPS sucked, but everything with the seller went great! Great product, great condition, great value and (thankfully) great packaging. I will complain about UPS here though so hopefully the seller can see if multiple customers had problems with them. They changed the delivery date from 1 to 2 days after the original delivery date 3 separate times just to deliver it the initial day. The package came extremely dented and I was genuinely worried about the laptop. Laptop worked though, so thank you!

    This is the 6th computer I've purchased from CNE. I cannot rate this seller highly enough. We actually had a minor issue on this purchase, but the seller put it right IMMEDIATELY. Fast shipping, quality product, condition as listed, superior packaging and first rate customer service. I will continue doing business with them in the future, and I suggest you do, too. A+++++++

    Sadly, the machine (X1 Carbon G9 Cert. Refurb.) I received from this seller was DOA **however** the return and refund process --subtracting the typical headaches, costs and inconveniences associated with purchasing and not receiving what one paid for --was a no-questions-asked, straightforward return and refund. I would have preferred someone from the company reach out to assist but all things considered, I've purchased from this seller previously and plan to again. Need an X1 G9 Carbon!

    The item was not "pristine" as described, BUT the seller responded in less than 24 hours, apologized, and offered either a full or partial refund. I took the partial refund. Super happy with the deal I got. Would buy from this seller again.
