  Laser as described incl. Chiller. Nice and frindly contact to the vendor, answering serveral questions upfront. English skills are OK, not perfect. Very quick delivery from Poland to Germany, unfortunately the chiller was damaged during transport. Vendor accepted exchange without any problems, we did only provide some photos of the damaged chiller. Exchange delivery took some more days, but overall everthing has been delivered within the originally announced timeframe. Again very polite contact.

  Perfect service, good after sale contact, very fast shipping (3-4 days) via DB Schenker and good quality machine. Comes with a lot extras and the new RUIDA controller. I am happy!

  Parcel sent from Poland as described, very well packed in a boxed pallet, all mounted except from the step motors which are very easy to install. Support helped configure the CNC (teamviewer session). Very happy with my purchase so far.
