    The machine I ended up with works great and came packed well and in very good condition. The unit I purchased was out of stock by the time I paid for it and was contacted by the seller. But they sent me another machine that was actually worth more than the one I had bought! And their customer service is totally awsome! They were very patient and helped me set up the machine. There was a 12 hour time difference between the seller and myself, but they always answered my requests

    Amazing seller with the best communication and support i have ever had on Ebay in close to 20 years. The item arrived very quickly in perfect condition. When i had a couple of challenges getting the laser cleaner running the seller answered every question super quickly with supporting photos. Could not be happier. I will be purchasing a larger model in the future if this machine operates as it should over the next 6 months.

    Great buying experience. Shipping was prompt and the laser and chiller were both well packed. The wrenches were included along with eye protection and a foot switch. Had trouble with the usb drive files and they were quick to email me the drivers and configuration files I needed. The system works as described with lightburn and has been a great addition to my business.

    Purchase in nsw. Machine shipped from China with excellent fed ex. Good customer service. Took one week to come. Came so fast did not have time to make room in garage for the machine. Lazer machine came well package. Good support. Super fun to play with. Might get another one.
