  I love this sweater! It was packaged very well, shipped within 24 hours of purchase and is exactly as described. It’s worth every penny and I’m thrilled I’ve been able to add such a high quality item to my wardrobe. While I’m not thrilled about shipping costs, I understand that’s outside of their control & I would purchase from this seller again.

  I was disappointed to receive the sweater and find several holes that were not mentioned in the listing. But shortly thereafter, I received a message from the seller stating that they had also noticed them only after the sale, then decided to ship the item anyway and give me a full refund. Terrific seller; would recommend.
