  Came exactly as described, packaged for safety, and shipping was pretty fast! Im so thankful my glass fish were safe on the way here, it means the world to have these again!

  The glasses are nice, but they weren't what I had expected from the photograph shown. The value for the price is fine, but the shipping and packaging didn't go so well, as one of the glasses was broken. The seller was fine to work with, though.

  To clarify, the buyer purchased and received item that was exactly as described and matched the photos exactly as well, with the exception of 1 damaged glass during shipping. However, the buyer was looking for a different BRAND (the brand was listed clearly as well when purchased). A refund was issued for the damaged item. The was resolved the best of our ability as the listing was 100% accurate for selling, but the buyer wanted something different than what was being sold and purchased.
