    Item wasn't "Pristine" condition as stated due to quite obvious scratch on screen. Received £15 partial refund, had option of returning but too much hassle - they did offer this though, to be clear. Think they need to review their phone grading services or take better care when grading as this was not hard to miss. Otherwise fine and good customer service, quick delivery and well packaged item to be fair to them!! Would still recommend.

    Postage was next day, packed securely and just as described and great value. Had mine stolen so was so lucky to get this in fantastic condition. I highly recommend this shop to get a phone with no issues and as described. Thank you!

    Although the phone didn't have the required fingerprint sensor, the phone itself was in great quality for a refurbished model, great value, excellent packaging (even came supplied with a high quality, third party usb charging cable). The vendor provided excellent communication and provided a no-quibbles refund (since I needed the fingerprint function). Recommend this vendor.

    iPad arrived earlier than expected which is amazing . Very pleased with the condition, The Appearance and quality of the IPad is excellent. I think this is very good value and a great deal The sellers information was very accurate and exactly as described. The packaging was really good and the iPad was very well protected during transit with a tough plastic wallet and packaging. Would definitely buy from Clove Technology again. Thank you

    Fast, next day delivery! Perfectly packaged and sealed with some serious bubble wrap. Item in excellent condition and as described. No real visible flaws and absolutely no scratches anywhere. S/N checks out, too with the Xiaomi website. The phone looks almost blue, but it is actually the Xiaomi 'Interstellar Grey'. Great value - this is a great buy - no issues whatsoever and an excellent Ebay experience - thank you.
