  I paid extra $14.99 for Express shipping and seller has not sent express. Seller has Australia Post logo on item photos but has sent me an Aramex Tracking number which is never a quick delivery to my location. I wouldn't have ordered from this seller if I didn't see the Australia Post logo on the item photos. They are now not answering my messages.

  Looks good, well packed, was in good condition as it is new, seems to be good quality but time will tell. Much cheaper than other alternatives. Was a tad slow to ship, but once it shipped it arrived quick. Overall a positive experience would buy again.

  Excellent communication from seller. The item took 8 days to arrive and I had trouble tracking the order, not receiving an update for 5 days, but this was a courier issue beyond the seller's control. The purchased Incubator is working well so far, so I am very pleased and relieved.
