  Item finally arrived and is even nicer than described. Well packaged. I think delay in arrival was at a location in Texas where it sat for several days. Seller was great to deal with. There were a few tiny moth holes in the article which I can repair and not noted in description. It will still be lovely and know one will notice.

  doll arrived safely!! she was wrapped in bubble wrap, 2 layers of paper(im not really sure what it is, but its definitely paper), all within a cardboard box. shipped within 2 days, so quick shipping! doll looks like the picture, im happy with my purchase :)

  Initially, this was negative feedback because the item received was not in excellent condition. There was a hole in the hem. However, after working with the seller to get refunded money for the skirt, they answered within hours and the refund was processed within a day. They were very nice accommodating and apologized for the ruined garment.

  Dear buyer, we truly value our buyers. We do ebay to help pay medical bills and stay home with our special needs daughter. We are human & make mistakes from time to time but we are always willing to work with buyers. We are a smoke free home as we have asthma. Any smell of perfume I didn't detect. We also did'nt see any flaws we would have donated or listed with flaws. We do our best but sometimes an overlook is possible. We are more then happy to refund your payment no need for hurtful feedback
