    Bought this item as new, however found 2 boxes of expended pods in what appeared to be a Starbucks factory sealed carton. I contacted the vendor who was unaware that the items shipped were defective. Seller resolved the issue and agreed to send a replacement at no additional charge.

    Not waiting seven days to leave a negative review. The seller has an IQ in the single digits. The package was completely sealed so NO ONE stole anything. This extremely low intelligence seller didn't include the battery!!!!!!!!! Do not ever buy from this seller. They also sent me a LGE LG-M470 when I ordered a Samsung! NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER order from this seller.

    Sent used broken shoes that were supposed to be brand new with box.. I will never order from these people again they are complete frauds an don't send you the items as described . BE CAREFUL IF YOU DECIDE TO ORDER THROUGH THEM.. ILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANY OF MY BUSINESS AGAIN.. THIS WAS MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE THROUGH EBAY..

    The order was for a 6 Ramen bowls. There were only 5 in the box I received, 2 of which was a different product than what was ordered. I requested a refund for the 1 missing bowl. Seller agreed to a refund, which I have not yet received. I remined the seller 5 days later I had not received the refund. Again they said they'd refund. Am still waiting. Buyers beware of this seller...

    The items were exactly as described but I was disappointed to find that a number of the cakes were not packaged in the original box and were crushed in their cellophane wrapping during transit as they were packed loose in the outer cardboard container. Extra packaging would have resolved this, and it would have been a nice touch to have the items packaged properly as I had them shipped to the UK.
