  The first bag I ordered was lost in transit. I was offered a refund or replacement, I chose a replacement that was sent out promptly. It is a very good quality bag, I ordered the silver. Great value for a leather bag. Great seller, too. Thanks!

  The bag is excellent, it was in perfect condition, brand new, well worth the money and exactly as described. I ordered this at the end of December and when it hadn't arrived after 2 weeks I contacted the seller, they believe it may have been lost in the post and immediately despatched another which arrived in 3 days.

  Arrived safely and promptly. Good Communication with this excellent seller. This is the second of these bags that I have bought for my wife in different colours, and she is delighted with them. Great value too.

  After the first bag went missing in the post the seller sent me another. It was waiting for me when I got back from holiday yesterday. It is so lovely and exactly what I’ve wanted for ages. Great service by the seller. I hope he gets refunded for the first one.
