  Unfortunately i was sent the wrong item, the response from this seller was swift and was refunded in full and was able donate this item to my local charity shop where it may help another person so Thank You Katie. Item arrived very fast and packaged well, unfortunately was the wrong item. Overall the seller was quick to respond and very polite. I would be more than happy to use this seller again in the future.

  Good customer service. My order was sent out for delivery quickly, tracking number provided, unfortunately the courier didn't deliver, the package never got further than their facility. I waited a week before contacting the seller, they replied quickly and sent replacement which arrived next day. Couldn't ask for more.

  This seller is 100% great a order ladders for the camper van and they delivered to the wrong address a contacted the seller and to which a got a very quick response and we both tried to track the parcel on towards we couldn’t find where they were delivered to by yodel so the seller sent me a replacement and am so great full so a do hope the seller gets answers from yodel and a will most definitely will shop with this seller again

  I am happy to recommend this seller. They offered the best price of several sellers for the identical product. They actually bothered to check the item prior to despatch, upon finding a problem, they contacted me promptly offering a later delivery date plus a discount. Unfortunately I needed the item ASAP, they refunded me immediately. Most importantly their emails were very polite- I appreciated this. Thank you.

  Sadly had to have a refund as a fault was found with item before dispatch . Even so would definitely buy from this company again as their customer service is brilliant. Sven got in touch immediately regarding the fault and I was offered a refund or wait for new stock with a discount. Sadly needed it sooner as having a garden party so refund was issued. Would highly recommend this company and hopefully will buy from them again.

  Great Seller ! Excellent communications ! Easy transaction , Fast Dispatch. Only problem was with Yodel couriers failure to deliver on stated time window & day. Delivered next day , late in the evening. NOT the sellers fault. His actions & communications were impeccable would definitely recommend ! AAA+
