  The seller reached out and asked how the purchase was and i told them about missing the part in description and was unable to use the code. They responded with offer to refund and when i accepted refunded within an hour. I was not planning to leave feedback because of my frustration (with myself). But this is customer service at its best. I would buy from again! Thanks!

  BAIT AND SWITCH! The item was clearly advertised as a "shipped" disk, complete with shipping and tracking details (and so it was ordered). After complaining about not receiving it, I was informed that they sent me a code for online downloading. This "CODE" was erroneously listed under the heading of "Tracking Number" in an email, and It made no sense to me at all. I could have ordered a download code elsewhere for about half the price if that was what I wanted. It was not, and I feel cheated.
