    We are a small family owned business in Oregon and everything is custom made to order and packaged by us. As an interior designer I have strong opinions about balancing simple, clean and minimalist items that are also cute, fun and tell our own story. I began by 3d modeling our own useful stuff and fun contraptions then making it on 3d printers. While we still make everything ourselves we have since branched out to also diligently search for and include more clever designs that meet my balanced tastes.

    I REQUESTED CANCELLATION 1HR AFTER ORDERING IT I TRIED CONTACTING THE SELLER THAT I ALREADY BROUGHT THIS ITEM IN APRIL & THIS ORDER WAS A MISTAKE THE SELLER IGNORED SEVERAL REQUESTS FROM ME TO CANCEL YET THE NEXT DAY DENIED THE CANCELLATION REQUEST SAYING THE ITEM ALREADY SHIPPED BUT ONLY A TRACKING NUMBER WAS ASSIGNED THE ITEM DID NOT SHIP AGAIN I INSTRUCTED THE SELLER TO NOT SHIP THE ITEM BUT AGAIN THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER MY REQUEST I'M TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SELLER

    The seller is showing inventory and available product. Unfortunately they took my money and never shipped my item. When I inquire about shipping date as tracking information is shown on eBay, but then is not showing in USPS website, then they proceeded to cancel my order? I have communicated as much as I can, but the seller has not replied even once. Buyer beware.
