As for your insight on the packaging & how it was shipped. We've sent out dozens of those same boxes of refills to customers on this platform without any issues. The packaging tape is there to prevent the factory sealing from opening up in transit. I can assure you that being professional as you had in question is something we hold highly. I do recommended in the future if the packaging aesthetics is that important, you might want to try Etsy.
