Items were packaged securely within a bubble mailer and arrived in perfect condition. Customer service was very prompt, efficient and professional in communicating to me that the exact T-Shirt I ordered was out of stock, offered alternatives, and I was still very pleased with the T-Shirt I received. Also received a surprise tote bag! I highly recommend this store!! :)

    Fantastic release overall—Seeking Major Tom is a wild, cosmic ride only Shatner could deliver. The packaging is great and the sound quality is solid. One of the records arrived warped straight from the factory, but DokTor Sep at Cleopatra Records went above and beyond to make it right. They quickly sent me a replacement disc, no hassle at all.
