Seller responded immediately, offered a bundle deal when I bought multiple items, shipped quickly, and went to the extra effort of wrapping all the pieces separately so they wouldn't scratch eachother.   Extremely professional and caring seller and because of the Canada Post strike they kept my package with me knowing Ofcourse through a message and shipped it once the strike had ended so it wouldn't get lost. I'm beyond grateful and extremely happy with this seller who put my customer service first and foremost. The seller kept in touch with me with multiple messages during the sale and shipping.   Worst experience in EBay so far. Very dishonest seller and berating seller, free shipping means poorly packed and damaged jewelry. The seller asked me to send it back via return to sender to avoid paying freight, when I refused (it’s illegal) she claimed that she has done it 100 times. So dishonest! She sat on the refund for a month, she knows her rights and dragged to the end. When I contacted her she said that I was entitled. 😂 yes entitled to my refund…. Never never never run run run
