    AVOID THIS SELLER. When item arrived with a hole in it seller tried to blame me and asked for video/CCTV proof of me opening it to show it was damaged. Who films themselves opening a parcel ??? Then said they had video/CCTV proof of it being packed up with no damage but won’t send me this so called footage and are now not responding to my messages. Check their other bad feedback as there are other similar incidents.

    Hi, we were defending your accusation that we had packed a damaged item, with proof that we didnt, and counter responded asking proof from you, and your statement, that we did. You didnt ask for assistance, but rather contacted us with accusations rather than meaningful conversation. This doesnt exclude the possibility that the tear was accidental and occured whilst opening the package with a sharp object. We are dissapointed with this review as it does not fall in line with the rest of our revi

    Item arrived in good condition and as described. Would definitely recommend the seller, though courier service took 4 days longer than was originally quoted - that's a Yodel issue though, not the seller's fault.
