    Talk about quick shipping! It hadn't been but maybe 5 hours since I placed the order, and I received an update that it was already on the way! Got here in exactly three days, and someone clearly cares for their customers. This was so well wrapped, you would have assumed that I had ordered precious heirlooms! but in all seriousness, quality job on the packing, phenomenal communication and top notch service. Thank you!

    i was away for a few days, late for this review! The item was very well packaged and boxed. I absolutely LOVE this stuffed chinstrap penguin, he is adorable! I thought i'd never find a chinstrap plushie, no one had them. So very happy with this guy, he is named Skipper now and has a prime home on my bed.
