  Received the wrong item, so I informed seller what happened and seller reflexively accused me of not reading the listing when it was very clear the listing was for "complete 12 minifigures set" and paid a comparable price. Instead I received one minifigure. The feedback is neutral because even though she said it was my fault, she did complete the refund as requested.
