*** BEWARE *** - a scammer who refuses to refund. Paid £150 for this stamp near TWO MONTHS BACK. Arrived with TWO TEARS not mentioned in description. A NO-NO on a £150 single stamp. This bordering on FRAUD - he signed for this Registered mail FIVE WEEKS BACK and has not refunded or contacted me - do it NOW please. Ebay + Royal Mail tracking states 'Your returned item was delivered to the seller on Thu 19 Jun.' Sent him 5 emails via ebay to no response, so here is his deserved feedback

i think all my regular buyer now this to be not true of me Buyer used un regulated returns not through eBay as this would not let me make refund with out using eBay intervention the out come of a refund was correct the Buyer was blocked by me due to his comments

Nice item as described and in excellent condition. Well packaged to protect from the abuses of carriage and received in good time. Swapped several messages with the seller so I can testify to his excellent comms. Seller combined postage costs as I bought several items at the same time.
