  Great quality item. Condition upon arrival was as described. Value seemed good quality and appearance as advertised. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive in the 2-3 day window as advertised. Over a week later. Though must say excellent customer service. Swift responses and explanation and when item failed to arrive was offered a refund.

  The original latch didn't arrive, so I contacted the seller who assured me it had been sent (Royal Mail) and asked me to wait a few more days or I could have a refund straight away. I waited a few more days but it didn't arrive. So contacted the seller again and was told I would be refunded. I asked for a replacement. Which was sent 1st class and arrived straight away.thznk you being so helpful. Th latch fitted tightly and was a good price.. 😊

  Nicely printed new bracket in good quality plastic and reasonably priced. Quality of service is determined when things go wrong and initially I received the wrong bracket. The seller responded immediately and sent out a replacement that arrived the next day so excellent customer service
