  Item was packaged well, arrived as described new unused item, batteries charged quickly and for the price u just can’t beat it, it looks just like dewalt without the high price. Will do a performance review when I get an opportunity to use it, so far very pleased.

  This looks like and is advertised as a Dewalt comparable economic product. No way of ever but this again. This is a chinese piece of úseless junk. Yes, its yellow & black and takes a Dewalt battery, but this thing operates like a 9-volt 1/4" ratchet. Only reason i put positive feedback is because they refunded quickly. Look at the pictures. No further plation So i can say that the communication customer service was surprisingly quick to respond and quick to resolve. 5-star service.
