    Overall good value for the item and free shipping is a plus. Item was new as described and the exchange process was smooth as I’ve received the replacement in a timely manner. Good communication with the seller. Placed another order for one but apparently it got lost between the label being created and it being received by FedEx as I got a notification with a tracking number and everything so not sure what happened there. Tired to reorder and they had no more so that was a bummer.

    SBS 778HS arrived quickly, well packaged, and at a fair price. As an aside, I requested additional tracking information due to a mixed shipment. I read the sellers negative feedback while I waited for a reply. The very next day I received a detailed reply from the seller with all tracking numbers, a pardon for the mixed shipments, and a thanks for the business. The pads arrived that day. I for one am very pleased with the service I received. Maybe don't believe all the negatives.

    Probably the best company I’ve ever dealt with! Ordered a youth helmet by mistake and within 3 minutes they had resolved the issue completely, sent me my money back and had my adult size helmet on the way,(plus it was 55% cheaper than ANYONE on eBay!! I highly recommend them and will definitely be buying from them again!!! I couldn’t be happier, came in extremely fast and packaged with care! I can’t say enough good things about these people!!!

    After placing the order the seller when packaging the order discovered that they only had 1 of the 2 caps set so they notified me and cancelled the order and refunded for this part of the order and processed the other part and shipped it on out ,I was notified in a few hours so I was able to reorder from a different seller thanks for the fast response I have purchased from the seller before and am very happy with the service I highly recommend this seller and he has some hard to find parts thank
